Please note that the cost of shipping is not included in the purchase price and will be calculated separately during checkout. As a small studio crafting one-of-a-kind lighting by hand, we consider each piece a work of art. For this reason, we do not typically accept returns. However, if your lamp arrives damaged or if the package is stolen, please email us at connect@nusprodukt.com. We will either create a similar piece or issue a refund.
